I specialize in providing surgical care for patients with hepatobilliary, gastrointestinal, and pancreatic malignancies. I participate actively in multidisciplinary planning and treatment of cancer patients.  Currently,  I am Professor, Chief of Surgical Oncology, and Cancer Center Associate Director at the National Cancer Institute-designated Dan L. Duncan Comprehensive Cancer Center at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.

My goal is to treat patients and their families with respect and empathy, and to offer hope while providing world-class surgical care.
